Landlords In Wolverhampton And The Midlands Buy More Properties

Around a quarter of all landlords in Wolverhampton and the Midlands are looking at buying more properties over the next year. Data source paragon predicts increased growth in the buy to let market during the course of 2020 with approximately 25 percent looking to purchase more investment properties. The north east will see an increase of around 20 percent. The South and London have a low landlord investment percentage number of around 9 percent.

Landlords who own just 1 investment property are less likely to purchase another property for investment purposes in the next year the figure being only 8 percent, however Landlords who own 20 or more properties are 20 percent more likely to purchase more investment properties. So it seems that portfolio landlords are looking to increase their stock at least in Wolverhampton and the surrounding midlands area.
